Asia Pacific Catering (Hong Kong) was set up in 1990 targeted for contractual catering clients such as universities, hospitals, government, and public and private institutions. This marks a strategic penetration into a market sector, where a well-managed, efficient, flexible, dynamic, committed, and resourceful catering operator is needed. The scope of the business has hitherto expanded from its initial clienteles of major universities and government institutions to encompass the hygiene-conscious hospitals, worldwide public and private companies in different sizes, as well as schools.

We manage a full spectrum of catering concepts in various institutions ranging from cafeterias, staff and student canteens, full-service western restaurants, Chinese gourmet restaurants, coffee shops, cake shops, snack bars, school kiosks and meal box delivery service, where a wide variety of cuisines are tailor-made to meet our clients’ demand.

Place
Asia Pacific Catering (Hong Kong) also provides consultancy service in designing suitable catering concepts, cafeteria and restaurant workflows, and layout plans for its clients, including kitchen equipment layout, dining area decoration and seating arrangement. We believe that customer satisfaction lies greatly in a customer’s total experience in the catering place.

People
Our management has established strong rapport with the institution clients. Close liaison and meetings are carried out on a regular basis involving our top management all the way down to floor managers and operating staff in order to exchange their views on menus and service for the purpose of continuous improvement.

Professionalism
Supported by a strong management team, we are proud to be one of the most efficient and well-managed institutional caterers, in offering different kinds of tailor-made catering services to meet the needs of individual institutional clients. Innovative campaigns, festive foods, deli food and international cuisine promotions are specifically designed and periodically carried out for institutions in line with local events and activities. For enhancing the management and services, Asia Pacific Catering (Hong Kong) becomes the first catering company in Hong Kong to obtain ISO 9001 and HACCP certificates, both of which are international recognized standards on quality management and food safety.
